Fernando Teixeira

CEO

Fernando Teixeira joined the ArcelorMittal Group in 2001. Since July 2015, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Valin ArcelorMittal Automotive Steel Co., Ltd (VAMA), responsible for leading the company’s automotive strategy and business development, and for continuously improving its business performance. Since March 2023, Fernando has been the General Manager of ArcelorMittal’s China Strategic Projects, fully involved in the business development of AMORNEX. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of AMORNEX.

Fernando holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Strategy and Business Management from Federal University.
