AMORNEX has always regarded environmental protection as a core responsibility. Based on the ecological protection of the Taihu Lake Basin and the improvement of the regional environment, it injects corporate strength into the lucid waters and lush mountains of Changzhou through solid technological investment and innovative practices, and interprets “sense of responsibility” with sustainable development actions.

I. Safeguarding the Clear Waters of Taihu Lake: 100% Wastewater Recycling to Consolidate the Defense Line for Water Environment Safety

The Taihu Lake Basin is an important part of the ecological barrier in the Yangtze River Delta. Protecting the water quality of the basin is AMORNEX’s primary environmental mission since it took root in Changzhou. The company has established a full-process wastewater treatment and recycling system, realizing 100% recycling and reuse of production wastewater and achieving the goal of zero wastewater discharge. This initiative not only eliminates the potential impact on the water resources of the Taihu Lake Basin, but also further eases the pressure on regional water resources, contributing solid strength to maintaining the ecological balance of Taihu Lake.

II. Deepening the Protection of Changzhou’s Clean Environment: Multi-dimensional Pollution Control and Carbon Reduction to Lead the Regional Environmental Protection Benchmark

(1) Dual Insurance for VOCs Treatment, Emissions Exceeding National Standards

AMORNEX has taken the lead in the comprehensive adoption of low-VOC water-based solvents. Drawing on mature European experience, on the basis of ensuring that waste gas meets emission standards, it has additionally invested in the construction of a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) waste gas treatment system. The VOCs treatment efficiency reaches as high as 99%, which effectively reduces the impact on regional air quality and contributes to Changzhou’s “Blue Sky Protection Campaign”.

(2) Clean Energy Replacement to Support Emission Reduction Goals

In key production processes, AMORNEX actively promotes the transformation of energy structure, replacing traditional natural gas with hydrogen and green electricity to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the source. This action responds to the national “dual carbon” strategy (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality) and Changzhou’s regional low-carbon development plan.

III.Empowering Resource Circulation: Solid Waste Resource Utilization to Build a Green Industrial Ecosystem

Adhering to the resource circulation concept of “turning waste into treasure”, AMORNEX transforms solid waste into by-products that meet industry standards through technological research and development as well as process optimization. These by-products are supplied to related industries for secondary use, realizing a closed-loop cycle of “resources – products – waste – recycled resources”.
