Every batch of steel we deliver carries a traceable and verifiable low-carbon footprint. This is not only an upgrade of our energy mix but a systemic reinvention of traditional steelmaking—forming a scalable and practical “AMORNEX Green Solution” for the industry’s pathway toward a net-zero future.
Onshore wind power
Upstream, AMORNEX is collaborating with SPIC to develop a 400MW onshore wind + 200MW solar project located just 5–35 km from our upstream facilities. This project will supply 100% renewable electricity, establishing a localized and reliable green-power ecosystem for our operations.
Offshore wind farm
Downstream, AMORNEX plans to partner with Longyuan Power of China Energy Group to jointly invest in and develop the 1GW Sheyang offshore wind farm in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. The project will be developed, constructed, and operated through a joint venture, providing long-term, large-scale renewable electricity for AMORNEX’s new energy soft-magnetic materials base—accelerating the decarbonization of our entire value chain.
